These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of thecandiddate.com (the "Site"), operated by thecandiddate inc ("The Candid Date," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who can use the Site

The Site covers dating, relationships and sex, and is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

Information, not professional advice

Our articles, studies, reviews and rankings are for general information and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for help from a qualified professional. Relationships are personal: you are responsible for your own decisions and for how you use anything you read here.

Reviews, rankings and how we make money

The Site is free to use. We earn money when visitors click links to some dating sites and apps and then sign up or make a purchase. This compensation may influence which products we cover and where and in what order they appear, as described in the Advertiser Disclosure shown on our review and list pages. Our editorial opinions are our own. Limitation of liability
